Så er det snart tid til kontingent

Den 1. Februar er det igen tid, til at indbetale det årlige kontingent til fodboldklubben, for at spille i halvåret 1. Januar til 30. Juni.

I Frederiksværk Fodbold Klub er vores kontingent system bygget op omkring automatisk kontingent kørsel, så vi ikke manuelt gør noget.

Alle medlemmer har ved indmeldelse eller senere, haft mulighed for at ligge deres betalingskort ind, således at beløbet automatisk trækkes. Dette kan i mellemtiden være udskiftet, mistet eller spærret, og så skal der ligges et nyt kort ind. Det kan man gøre ved at klikke ind på mit.dbu.dk og logge ind med enten din egen eller dit barns profilnavn. Herefter klikker man på "mine oplysninger" og derefter på "mine abonnementer", og her kan der så rettes kort. Man kan også se en kort video her: Skift betalingskort

Hvis kortet skulle være udløbet eller andet, så har man også den mulighed for, at betale inden for 7 dage, med de oplysninger som kommer i den mail i modtager.

7 dage før kontingentet trækkes modtager man en notifikations mail, hvor der vil være oplysning om betalingen.

Vi ser i de årgange hvor børnene er blevet lidt større, at de får ændret deres mail adresse til dem selv, så det ikke længere er forældrenes, og så er det barnet selv, der modtager kontingent opkrævningen. Hvis der så er udfordringer med betalingskortet, så bliver kontingentet altså ikke betalt, og hvis ikke børnene giver besked, så bliver de efter et stykke tid, frataget muligheden for at træne og spille kampe. Dette skal vi helst undgå!

Så hvis der sidder forældre, som endnu ikke har oprettet sig som kontakt forælder til deres børn, så er det en rigtig god idé at få det gjort, for det er tit info fra klubben i går glip af, blandt andet kontingent. Det kan man også se en video om her: Bliv kontaktperson

Vi gør opmærksom på, at hvis der ikke bliver betalt automatisk eller efter de 7 dage efterfølgende, så vil der komme et gebyr fra klubben på 100 kr. for en manuel arbejdsgang, når vi skal ind og håndtere det.

Så den gode opfordring er, kig lige om det hele stemmer, så slipper i med prisen, og ikke mere end det.

Skulle man være udfordret på at betale kontingent, skal man også henvende sig til klubben, vi har forskellige muligheder for hjælp, blandt andet et samarbejde med Broen Halsnæs, som kan kontaktes, eller vi i klubben hjælper med det.

On 1 February it is again time to pay the annual fee to the football club, in order to play in the half year 1 January to 30 June.

In Frederiksværk Football Club, our quota system is built around automatic quota driving, so we don't do anything manually.

All members have, upon registration or later, had the opportunity to insert their payment card so that the amount is automatically deducted. 
In the meantime, this may have been replaced, lost or blocked, and then a new card must be inserted. 
You can do this by clicking on mit.dbu.dk and logging in with either your own or your child's profile name. You then click on "my information" and then on "my subscriptions", and here you can then correct the map.

If the card should have expired or something else, then you also have the option to pay within 7 days, with the information that comes in the recipient's email.

7 days before the quota is withdrawn, you will receive a notification email with information about the payment.

We see in the cohorts where the children have grown a little older that they change their email address to themselves, so that it is no longer the parents', and then it is the child himself who receives the quota collection. 
If there are challenges with the payment card, then the quota will not be paid, and if the children do not give notice, then after a while they will be deprived of the opportunity to train and play matches. We should preferably avoid this!

So if there are parents who have not yet set up as a contact parent for their children, then it is a really good idea to get it done, because information from the club is often missed, including the membership fee.

We point out that if payment is not made automatically or after the following 7 days, there will be a fee from the club of DKK 100 for a manual workflow when we have to come in and handle it.

So the good advice is, just check if everything is correct, then you will get away with the price, and no more than that.
